You’ve made it to day three! We hope your first two days weren’t too overwhelming as you got to know the team and settle in. Day three is about one of the most important aspects of an account manager’s role – updates.
We are going to walk you through the process which covers four main steps:
- Finding information using Divvy
- Translating information
- Reporting on work done
- Emailing Updates
Over the few videos we will go through the processes and then what you need to do over the next two days. Day 3 & 4 of your induction are dedicated to this process. You’ll have time to go through it for each of your clients and see where each account is up to. So, let’s get started!
