In today’s training, we’ll cover three main topics:  

• How we communicate as a brand
• General Communication Expectations and best practices, and
• Email etiquette.  

 After that, we’ll help you get set up with today’s tasks where you’ll use everything you’ve learned so far to send a first contact email to your clients.  

 This is a big day, so let’s get started!
